Abstract

L'ingénierie territoriale désigne les acteurs du développement des territoires mais aussi les concepts, méthodes, outils et dispositifs d'accompagnement de ces acteurs pour améliorer leur connaissance des territoires et leurs projets. Trois approches, douze référentiels et l'observation de divers terrains et discours d'acteurs conduisent à identifier quatre macro-compétences et un ensemble de savoirs socles pour les métiers du développement territorial.
