Abstract

La notion de chaîne d‟ingénierie est récente. Revue de la littérature retrace sa construction. Ses analogies avec les concepts de filières et de supply chain son étudiés. Une vision de cette chaîne combinant gouvernance, management, ingénierie et intelligence territoriale au service du développement territorial est proposée. Penser la CIT, aujourdhui, s‟est oser porter un regard managérial sur l‟organisation qu‟elle constitue, afin d‟accompagner le développement de son ingenium au service des bénéficiaires de son oeuvre, la construction du territoire.
