Abstract

Nous tentons ici de relier dans un cadre commun quelques concepts, nord-américains (USA), japonais, et français, qui nous ont permis, durant quinze ans, à la fois de réaliser des applications innovantes très diverses dans des entreprises et des organisations tout aussi diverses, et de mener des recherches conséquentes dans ce domaine aux frontières encore floues. Notre but n'est pas d'être exhaustif (voire " universel "), mais de fournir un cadre qui est à la fois formel et théorique, puisqu'il est basé sur des théories, des idées qui ont marqué les développements de la GC ces dix dernières années. Les théories sont très assises et développées, nous les rappellerons très brièvement. Le formalisme peut sembler un peu abrupt, mais il est à peu près exempt d'ambiguïté (surtout dans sa version mathématique), et représente au plus près (même si ce n'est que très partiellement) les théories évoquées.
