Abstract

Cet article traite de la problématique du processus de construction de l'intégration organisationnelle dans le cadre des projets d'implémentation d'ERP. Il met l'accent sur la dimension sociale de l'intégration. Dans cette perspective, il montre, d'une part, comment le capital social dans une perspective relationnelle et collective opère sur le processus d'intégration cognitive et managériale. D'autre part, il souligne l'enjeu de la taille des entreprises et de leur contexte de socialisation dans les processus d'implémentation d'ERP.
