Abstract

The evaluation of public communication is interesting insofar as it articulates several scales, macro and micro, global and organizational, managerial and professional. To what extent this new injunction assessment it is a normalizing covered and what meaning can we give him? It is a sign of modernization of public action that hits the culture of the public in certain respects. Its place in a continuum ranging from a virtual absence of examples of a strong grip.
