La VAE chez les cadres : approche par la théorie de l'auto-efficacité

Abstract

La loi de modernisation sociale de 2002 a instauré le principe de validation des acquis de l'expérience pour toute personne engagée dans la vie active. Le travail de recherche mené tend à expliquer pourquoi certains cadres décident d'entamer une démarche de validation des acquis de l'expérience et à identifier les motifs d'engagement dans cette démarche. Pour cela deux populations ont été testées: cadre et non cadre. L'intérêt est de découvrir s'il existe d'éventuelles spécificités de la population cadre. Nous avons donc choisi un cadre théorique : la théorie de l'auto-efficacité et mené plusieurs tests statistiques (régressions,...) sur nos deux populations d'étude. La présente thèse met en évidence des spécificités concernant la population cadre et, notamment, le rôle de l'auto-efficacité sur les motifs d'engagement dans une démarche de validation des acquis de l'expérience.​
