Approche qualitative des résultats d'apprentissage. Application à des parcours de formation e-learning

Abstract

L'apprentissage est un concept incontournable dans le champ théorique de la formation. Il constitue en effet l'un des quatre niveaux de mesure de l'efficacité d'une action de formation. Plusieurs chercheurs constatent la prédominance des approches quantitatives dans les mesures des résultats d'apprentissage. Ils soulignent dans le même temps les limites de ces approches et la nécessité de prendre en compte la dimension qualitative de cette notion. Cette communication s'intéresse donc aux fondements théoriques d'une conception qualitative de l'apprentissage. Elle propose en outre une application pratique à quatre parcours de formation e-learning dans une entreprise industrielle à partir des travaux de Moon (1998). Au final, cinq niveaux qualitatifs d'apprentissage sont identifiés : aucun apprentissage déclaré, acquisition d'informations, compréhension de niveau 1, compréhension de niveau 2 et utilisation dans le cadre du travail.
