Relocalisation et création de valeur : proposition d'un cadre théorique

Abstract

Dans un contexte globalisé où les supply chains se complexifient et où les stratégies de sourcing à l'international s'affinent, on observe des mouvements de relocalisation. En Europe et en France en particulier, loin d'être une tendance majoritaire, ces décisions de relocalisation ne sont pas pour autant un épiphénomène. Nous proposons alors tout d'abord de comprendre le concept de relocalisation en développant un cadre théorique réunissant la théorie centre-périphérie, l'approche de la Global Value Chain, la théorie des coûts de transaction et la théorie des ressources. Puis, à travers deux études de cas, les théories ainsi mobilisées montrent leur pouvoir explicatif des choix de relocalisation.
