Abstract

le chapitre 8 a pour objectif d'asseoir le modèle économique d'une solution ou d'un service TIC santé autonomie en s'assurant de son réalisme et de sa viabilité, tout en identifiant les sources de financement possibles. Les questionnements portent sur le ou les modèles économiques possibles, la participation financière éventuelle des utilisateurs finaux, les financements publics et privés, les évolutions réglementaires. Le guide a pour objectif de guider vers la proposition d'hypothèses réalistes sur les objectifs de vente, les prix acceptables, les marges et les coûts, la trésorerie nécessaire pour lever des fonds suffisants afin d'arriver rapidement à un équilibre financier et à la rentabilité escomptée.
