L'enrichissement entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle: revue et pistes de recherche

Abstract

Le paradigme de l'enrichissement entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle, qui désigne le transfert de ressources et d'affects d'un rôle à un autre, a longtemps été éclipsé par celui du conflit. Plusieurs processus d'enrichissement d'une sphère de vie à l'autre ont été identifiés, par exemple instrumental et affectif. L'implication dans le rôle familial prédit l'enrichissement de la famille vers le travail (EFT), tandis que l'implication au travail prédit l'enrichissement du travail vers la famille (ETF) ; le genre, la personnalité et le soutien social prédisent également l'enrichissement entre les sphères. L'ETF est corrélé de façon positive avec la satisfaction au travail et l'EFT avec la satisfaction en famille. Un programme de recherches qualitatives, longitudinales et contextualisées est proposé.
