Abstract

The deadlocks, that appear during the professionalization of the developers, are revealing that his contract is incomplete. Two cases that can superpose are going then to appear. A change of governance that one can analyze by using a theory widened switchboard that admits market?s work failures. The passing of the economic imperative that one can analyze with a general theory to study ethics problems of the profession.
