Abstract

The aim of this communication is to present part of the results of a research about the impacts of a videoconferencing system for e-training conducted within a big french company. The aim of this research is to find the reasons why the decision-makers in charge of training centers decide to adopt (or not to adopt) a videoconferencing system. Interviews have been analyzed closely according to four axes similar to the balanced scorecard axes, in order to take into account organizational and strategic reasons and not only financial reasons.
