La performance globale de l'entreprise et son pilotage : quelques réflexions

Abstract

L'article est centré sur les questions relatives aux obligations de publication et de pilotage interne de la performance, ainsi qu'à la nécessité de mettre en place des systèmes d'information appropriés. Son objet consiste à analyser la cohérence et la mise en pratique effective d'outils tels que le tableau de bord prospectif, par exemple. Dans cette perspective, une première partie est consacrée aux modèles conceptuels permettant d'appréhender la notion de performance sociétale. Examinée dans une seconde partie, leur traduction opérationnelle permet d'en percevoir les limites et les insuffisances.
