Abstract

Comment intégrer les enjeux du développement durable et de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises dans les stratégies, les décisions et les actions quotidiennes des managers ? Cette question, désormais au centre des débats dans et sur l'entreprise, en appelle immédiatement d'autres : comment concilier l'engagement social et environnemental avec la performance économique ? Comment mettre en œuvre une démarche de RSE dans une multinationale, dans une PME, dans une ONG ou dans le secteur public ? Comment associer toutes les équipes dans l'entreprise, des DRH aux financiers, en passant par les designers, les équipes marketing et les responsables achats et logistique ? Ce manuel a pour objet d'aider les managers d'aujourd'hui et de demain à définir et à mettre en œuvre une stratégie de responsabilité globale, puis à la décliner dans les différentes fonctions de l'entreprise. Illustré par de très nombreux exemples et témoignages d'acteurs engagés dans ces démarches, il propose des questions de réflexion favorisant le débat à la fin de chaque chapitre.
