Abstract

Dans le domaine de la transmission d'entreprise, le processus de succession familiale diffère de celui de la reprise par un tiers. Après avoir étudié deux cas de PME familiales transmises suite au départ en retraite du prédécesseur (une reprise au sein de la famille, l'autre par un tiers extérieur) nous proposons une analyse des deux parcours décisionnels en tenant compte des rôles des acteurs, des contextes mouvants et des ajustements au cours du temps impliquant des changements au niveau des processus de transmission.
