Abstract

L'apparition de nouveaux risques peut être assimilée à l'émergence de risques préexistants mais qui étaient cachés aux yeux des acteurs. Dès lors, comment repérer que tout va mal alors que tout semble aller bien? Pour répondre à cette question, nous pouvons mettre en avant la notion de quiproquo qui sous-tend à notre avis ces situations à risques. L'objet de cet article est d'apporter à la gestion de ces risques un cadre d'analyse permettant de mieux définir cette notion. Cette approche nous permettra alors d'identifier les formes d'actions susceptibles d'éviter ou d'atténuer son apparition.
