Abstract

We report here our research on the modelling of biological circadian rhythms (i.e. ~24 h) in a unicellular green alga, Ostreococcus tauri. Such rhythms are the result of the regulation of genetic transcription. We present several models designed by physicians and computer scientists, in order to identify molecular actors of the circadian clock. We therefore compare biological assumptions, simulation results and experimental data.
