Abstract

Cet article considère le cluster de tourisme comme une option de développement territorial qui permet à un territoire à vocation touristique de basculer du statut d'espace mis en tourisme à celui de destination touristique. Après avoir rappelé la genèse du concept de cluster et ses formes alternatives sont analysées les spécificités du cluster de tourisme. Enfin, est proposé une grille de lecture du cluster de tourisme dans laquelle la gouvernance au service de la mobilisation des compétences et des ressources localisées apparaîtra comme un des éléments-clés de la réussite du projet territorial.
