Abstract

Les années 90 sont marquées par l'émergence de nouvelles pratiques de gestion de projet dans les organisations. Cependant, les travaux de recherche ont rarement concernés les projets de développement de services publics comme la santé, par exemple. L'article récapitule les enseignements d'une expérimentation de conduite de la phase de définition de deux projets immobiliers et de soins au sein de l'Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Paris. Il discute les dispositifs organisationnels qui ont permis la confrontation et l'intégration des valeurs sociales, économiques, politiques, scientifiques, sanitaires, psychologiques et de régulation portées par les différentes parties prenantes au projet.
