Abstract

French cannabis market is changing as such a market arrived now in maturity and can be consequently named of THC market. The new competitors? entry, products diversification, price changes and quality increase are the main evidences; add to that the sociological change of suppliers. In this paper, the implications that these market changes can have on the traditional supply chain and on the enforcement of the policy of fight against illicit drugs are exposed.
