Abstract

La crise induit une dégradation des revenus et des patrimoines porteuse d'une aggravation des inégalités et des pauvretés que les dispositifs de protection sociale peinent à limiter significativement. Dans un contexte de restriction budgétaire et alors même que les ajustements du marché du travail se poursuivent, la question des conséquences sociales de la crise apparaît majeure et les défis sociaux auxquels elle confronte les États sont multiples. Dans quelle mesure les inégalités s'aggravent-elles ? Qui s'appauvrit ? Comment rendre compte de ces ruptures ? sont quelques interrogations parmi d'autres qui doivent nourrir l'analyse des liens entre inégalités, pauvretés et crise au cœur de ces XXXIes Journées.
