Abstract

Partant du constat que la diversité, et son revers la discrimination, deviennent un élément déterminant pour les entreprises soucieuses de leur responsabilité sociale mais aussi de leur performance, les auteurs en appellent à l'élaboration d'un tableau de bord fiable. Ils en ont référencé trois types : les indicateurs d'alarme qui signale un déséquilibre ; les indicateurs d'équilibration qui permet de vérifier la bonne marche vers les objectifs de diversité et les indicateurs d'anticipation qui questionnent sur les évolutions possibles. A cela s'ajoute une autre typologie : les indicateurs de moyens, et ceux de résultat ; une troisième typologie est axée sur les indicateurs de performance et les indicateurs de structure. Ce livre blanc est une initiative de l'AFMD (Association Française des Managers de la Diversité) et de la "Rouen Business School".
