Abstract

Le processus de conception est largement reconnu comme un facteur de la compétitivité de l'entreprise. Curieusement il n'existe pas une economie de la conception. Est ce à dire que la conception n'est pas un objetd'étude à part entière ? Il semble difficile de répondre par l'affirmative si dans le même temps on avance l'innovation comme fer de lance de la croissance. Cela supposerait que de nouveaux produits puissent être mis sur le marché sans avoir été conçus ! Partant du poids économique des activités de conception, ce chapitre s'interroge sur les contours de ce qui pourrait être une économie de la conception.
