Abstract

Il est curieux de souligner combien Jean Baudrillard est considéré par le monde académique anglo–américain et scandinave, avec d'autres auteurs tels que Jacques Derrida, Michel Foucault, etc., comme un des auteurs français majeurs en sciences des organisations, comme si les apports des collègues français de la discipline n'existaient pas ou, en tous les cas, bénéficiaient d'une ignorance internationale telle que seul les French Theorists ont droit de cité ! Le projet de ce texte n'est absolument pas de faire une analyse des modalités de la convocation des travaux de Jean Baudrillard en sciences des organisations, tant les points d'application sont nombreux et disparates, mais d'essayer de montrer la nature possible de son apport avec l'exemple du lien dual entre la séduction et la « domination – soumission » et celui des cultures à épithète, un des modes d'entrée dans l'usage de l'hypothèse culturaliste en sciences des organisations.
