Abstract

Pour décrypter les apparences du terrain, nous avons entamé une plongée en profondeur dans les instruments quotidiens de la gestion participative qui vise à obtenir le consensus des agents. Poursuivons maintenant la recherche au « montage», cœur des ateliers de fabrication des trois usines étudiées: l'ancienne (c'est le berceau de l'entreprise), la nouvelle (elle est plus moderne et le personnel est plus jeune) et l'étrangère (à la différence des deux autres, les ouvriers sont en majorité immigrés).
