Abstract

Cet article esquisse une taxonomie des stratégies de responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise empruntant les voies et les moyens de coopération avec des partenaires de statuts divers. Le repérage empirique qualitatif emprunte à des rapports de RSE de groupes, à des analyses d'observatoires et à des cas significatifs. Cette taxonomie offre une heuristique de raisonnement pour discuter l'évolution de ces stratégies, le passage d'une catégorie à une autre et les limites de la convergence entre les engagements les plus avancés et « l'entreprise sociale » dont la théorisation qui émerge depuis quelques années offre un référentiel intéressant.
