Abstract

Cette recherche vise à comprendre l'évolution des pratiques en matière de concertation du public. Nous traiterons dans la première partie du processus de démocratisation de l'action publique en précisant les obstacles au déploiement d'une logique participative et en exposant différents dispositifs de concertation en tant que marqueurs de logiques contraires (représentative versus participative). À partir de cette analyse relative aux freins à la logique participative et aux dispositifs qui, au contraire, favorisent son intégration, nous proposerons un cadre conceptuel dont nous ferons usage dans la deuxième partie pour appréhender les pratiques de la concertation du public au niveau local à l'oeuvre dans quatre projets de transport.
