Abstract

Les actions collectives permettent à plusieurs victimes d'obtenir ensemble réparation pour un préjudice commun. Cette procédure, encore à l'étude en France, est largement utilisée et pratiquée outre-Atlantique sous forme de class-actions. Cet ouvrage étudie les aspects économiques de ces actions, les atouts et inconvénients d'un tel système. Il est le résultat d'un travail de recherche réalisé dans le cadre du Laboratoire BETA de Nancy pour le compte du GIP Droit et Justice.
