Abstract

L'ouvrage présente les actes du symposium organisé par le Haut Comité Éducation-Économie-Emploi à Strasbourg en 2004. Les contributions réunies ici s'intéressent à la construction des qualifications dans le cadre européen. Quatre ateliers ont permis la confrontation de différents points de vue sur les thématiques étudiées, à savoir : les propositions de la Commission européenne dans le domaine, l'approche prospective et l'identification des besoins en nouvelles qualifications, les différentes approches des liens entre systèmes nationaux et qualifications européennes, les alternatives en matière de certification européenne et le label qualité. Les débats ont souligné l'importance de la mobilité professionnelle conjointement à celle de l'évolution des qualifications dans le cadre des axes européens d'éducation et de formation tout au long de la vie.
