Abstract

Le séminaire "Contradictions et dynamique des organisations" CONDOR, a été créé en janvier 1989, avec l'appui du CRG-Ecole polytechnique et de l'ESSEC. Cette création constituait la première étape d'un projet visant à activer le développement d'un milieu scientifique de spécialistes français de la gestion des organisations ouvert sur la dimension européenne et, plus généralement, internationale. Ce séminaire privilégie l'échange de vues contradictoires favorisé par la rencontre d'auteurs se réclamant d'orientations théoriques différentes et de chercheurs appartenant à plusieurs générations. Les contributions présentées ici sont les suivantes : "Beyond Bureaucracy" par Richard Whitley, "The transaction coast approach : problems and prospects" par Anna Grandori, "Le concept de confiance dans les affaires : l'attribution des prêts bancaires" par Gilles Van Wijk, "Outils de représentation et organisation" par Albert David, et "La question du langage dans les organisations" par Jacques Girin.
