Abstract

Comment et sous quelles conditions un dispositif de formation peut-il appuyer un apprentissage collectif en matière de gestion dans une organisation ? L'objet de cet article est de contribuer à éclairer cette question à partir d'expériences menées sur le développement du management de projet dans les entreprises. Nous nous appuierons sur les enseignements de deux recherches menées depuis le début des années 1990 chez Rhône-Poulenc et EDF-GDF.
