Abstract

Dans les travaux du CRG, recherche et intervention sont considérées comme deux aspects indissociables qui doivent être articulés de façon consciente dans tout processus de recherche. L'aspect "intervention" résulte directement du fait que les chercheurs sont conduits à s'impliquer dans certains problèmes de gestion, en réponse à une ou plusieurs demandes d'acteurs du terrain. L'intervention apparaît comme un moyen privilégié de recueillir des informations de première main, obtenues en situation, qui sont nécessaires à la compréhension et à l'analyse des phénomènes organisationnels. Le CRG accorde généralement une grande place, dans la conception et le déroulement des projets de recherche, à une réflexion sur les dispositifs de suivi ou de pilotage de la recherche, étant admis que celle-ci comporte une dimension d'intervention. La question qui se pose n'est donc pas : y a-t-il ou non intervention ? mais : comment "gérer" la dimension d'intervention ?
