Abstract

Cet ouvrage prend en compte toutes les facettes de l'innovation et lui donne ainsi toute sa place en tant que nécessité économique, environnementale et sociale. En effet, toutes les entreprises y sont confrontées, qu'elles soient déjà bien établies ou qu'il s'agisse de nouvelles entreprises ou bien de start-ups. Ce livre donne ainsi les clés pour mettre en application tous ses concepts afin de mener à bien un projet d'innovation. Les points forts : un ouvrage très riche en concepts (stratégie, marketing, finance, business model…) ; de nombreux schémas, exemples et témoignages de professionnels illustrent et rythment l'ouvrage ; un guide d'application complète le livre et permet d'aider les porteurs de projets innovants pour démarrer leur pratique.
