Abstract

« La question du sens du travail est cruciale pour appréhender les enjeux éthiques de la numérisation du monde », Nadine Dubruc dialogue avec Camille Roelens Entre psychologie sociale et sciences de gestion, les enjeux éthiques de la numérisation du monde du travail peuvent s'appréhender à plusieurs échelles mais avant tout à travers comment cela remet en cause le sens du travail pour les individus, les collectifs de travail et les organisations. Que ce soit en appui sur l'observation de plus de 20 ans de formation d'ingénieurs ou d'analyse d'organisations « classiques » ou de l'Economie Sociale et Solidaire, la numérisation du travail met en exergue une question fondamentale : comment permettre à une personne de faire du bon travail ? La prescription des dispositifs techniques ne prend sens qu'au travers des perception que l'on peut en avoir, et en fonction de ce que ceux-ci permettent en termes de confiance, d'autonomie et de prise de décision. Et, à travers les évolutions socio-économiques, le numérique prend tout son sens autour de la place du travail pour les individus et la société.
