Abstract

L'entreprise, créée en 2000, est spécialisée sur l'étude, la fabrication et le montage de toutes sortes d'équipements industriels, dans les domaines suivants : bâtiment, sidérurgie, collectivités … Elle se concentre sur plusieurs métiers : charpente métallique, serrurerie métallerie, bardage, tuyauterie, installation industrielle … La clientèle ciblée est aussi bien le bâtiment que l'industrie. Après quelques années d'existence, le dirigeant souffre d'une maladie qui l'empêche de poursuivre son activité professionnelle. L'entreprise se retrouve au tribunal de commerce. Après une période de recherche d'un repreneur, la société (Sarl) est finalement mise en liquidation judiciaire un jour de juillet 2016. 2016, c'est justement l'année où Monsieur Hubert-Félix Berste (par la suite appelé HFB), originaire de Metz, décide de se rapprocher de la famille de son épouse, dans une petite ville située entre Loire et Haute-Loire.
