Abstract

Pour une entreprise à l'organisation rodée, il n'est pas évident de changer ses pratiques. C'est pourtant un impératif pour certaines si elles veulent diminuer leur impact sur l'environnement. Sandrine Berger-Douce, chercheuse en sciences de gestion à Mines Saint-Étienne, travaille à l'étude des changements que mettent en place les entreprises dans un contexte de transitions environnementale, énergétique et sociétale. Au début du mois de juillet dernier, elle participait à l'organisation et au pilotage scientifique de la 11e édition du congrès annuel du réseau international de recherche sur les organisations et le développement durable (RIODD) qui se tenait à l'école stéphanoise. Elle précise pour nous les facteurs déterminants dans la réorganisation des entreprises.
