Abstract

Cet article illustre l'articulation entre innovation et RSE au service de la performance durable évaluée de manière globale (économique, sociale, sociétale, environnementale et personnelle s'agissant des propriétaires-dirigeants de PME). D'un point de vue méthodologique, ce travail repose sur une étude de cas longitudinale menée depuis trois ans avec une entreprise industrielle du Nord de la France, Pocheco, spécialisée dans la fabrication et la commercialisation d'enveloppes depuis 1928. Chez Pocheco, l'innovation responsable est une réalité multiple traduite en termes de produit, de procédé, d'organisation et de méthodes commerciales.
