Abstract

Nombreuses sont, sur les supports les plus divers (ouvrages, articles scientifiques, journaux professionnels, web…), les mises en garde contre les dangers associés aux indicateurs de performance. Dans un récent article, nous témoignions du rôle souvent dévastateur des indicateurs utilisés dans le cadre des politiques publiques. Nous proposons ici une analyse davantage fondée sur les pratiques observables dans les entreprises.
