Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est de présenter une modalité d'évaluation de la compétitivité des destinations neige qui tienne compte de différents profils de clientèle (Fondus de ski alpin ; ski en famille ; sensations fortes et free-ride ; amateurs de ski de fond et de raquettes). La méthode employée est la méthode multicritère de surclassement ELECTRE III. Cette méthode classe toutes les destinations étudiées de la meilleure à la moins désirable, à partir des préférences de la clientèle révélées à travers ses divers paramètres et notamment les poids des critères. Les destinations étudiées sont des stations classées dans la revue Montagne Leader ; elles se répartissent sur les différents massifs français (Alpes, Massif central, Jura, Vosges et Pyrénées).
