De l'ouvrier-masse au travail cognitif

Abstract

Dans cet article nous allons tenter de reconstruire les caractéristiques essentielles du passage de la composition de classe de l'ouvrier-masse à celle du travail immatériel et cognitif. Cet article adopte une approche qui combine étroitement théorie et histoire. Une première partie est dédiée à la présentation de la méthode et des concepts à la base d'une analyse post-opéraiste de la dynamique du capitalisme. Nous abordons également certaines implications théoriques et politiques cruciales concernant le sens historique de la loi de la valeur et de sa crise. La deuxième et la troisième partie sont consacrées à une mise en perspective historique de la crise du fordisme et de la transition vers le capitalisme cognitif. Nous insistons sur son origine, son sens et ses enjeux. Nous voyons, pour finir, de quelle manière le rôle de plus en plus central de la rente déplace les termes de l'antagonisme traditionnel fondé sur l'opposition salaire-profit d'entreprise.
