Abstract

D'après Camille Chaserant et Sophie Harnay, « La déontologie professionnelle en pratique : enquête sur l'activité disciplinaire de la profession d'avocat » (Revue française de socio-économie, 2016) et « Self-regulation of the legal profession and quality in the market for legal services: An economic analysis of self- regulation» (European Journal of Law and Economics, 2015) La construction du marché unique remet en question les réglementations nationales régissant la plupart des professions. S'inscrivant dans cette perspective, la loi Macron propose de supprimer certaines réglementations des professions du droit, ce qui a poussé les notaires, mais aussi les huissiers et les avocats à battre le pavé. Si ces professionnels résistent, est-ce pour protéger leur rente ou par souci de servir l'intérêt général ?
