Abstract

Depuis la "Grande récession" et la crise des dettes souveraines, les États membres de l'Union européenne ont dû faire face à de multiples avatars, tandis que leurs économies sont de plus en plus interdépendantes. Le cas français, marqué par un grand nombre d'innovations et de réglementations où les sphères de l'État, des collectivités locales et des finances sociales sont de plus en plus imbriquées, illustre à ce titre le rôle désormais transversal de la dimension européenne. Cette quatrième édition des "Notices" Finances publiques témoigne du succès d'un ouvrage de référence sur un sujet très présent aux concours. Elle réunit les compétences de chercheurs réputés, mais aussi de praticiens issus de l'administration. Elle illustre aussi, dans sa construction même articulant Notices et Focus, l'apparition de nouvelles problématiques : fraude fiscale, économie numérique, fiscalité écologique...
