Ontwikkeling waterschapslasten in de periode 1998-2012

Abstract

Dit rapport onderzoekt de ontwikkeling van de waterschapslasten in de periode 1998 tot en met 2012. Het rapport is opgesteld naar aanleiding van de evaluatie van de Wet modernisering waterschapsbestel. In de evaluatie wordt nagegaan in hoeverre de lastenontwikkelingen van 2008 op 2009 die is ontstaan als gevolg van het effectief worden van de Wet modernisering waterschapsbestel overeenkomen met de ontwikkelingen die worden voorzien in de Memorie van Toelichting bij die wet. Om een correcte vergelijking te maken tussen de ontstane ontwikkelingen was het nodig om in het evaluatierapport diverse correcties uit te voeren. De door de belastingbetaler ervaren ontwikkelingen verdwijnen hierdoor echter uit zicht.
