Abstract

In the World Bank’s latest "Doing Business – 2020" rating, the Russian Federation is rated again the 99th as regards the "Trading across borders" line, while in the overall rating Russia moves steadily upwards from year to year, having attained the 28th place.2 However, 2019 saw important IT-related changes in customs clearance procedures of Russia`s customs administration.
