Direct and Indirect Effects of R&D Activity on the Profitability of Firms
AbstractAn empirical study of a cross-section sample of 302 firms for the COMPUSTAT II detabase. It explores the relationship between a firm's profitability and other variables, notably its own R&D capital and information and productivity spillovers of R&D executed by other firms.
