Ce papier montre, au travers de l'exemple du Groupe Danone, la necessaire coherence entre politique financiere et strategie de la firme. Apres un virage strategique majeur, le groupe, en depit d'une image negative, a du convaincre les marches de capitaux de financer sa croissance externe et la decision qui a ete prise n'etait pas influencee par des considerations financieres de court terme, mais etait le fruit d'une juste vision.
