Abstract

La vigueur du debat social s'explique principalement pas les consequences des restructurations qui se revelent souvent lourdes et penibles tant au plan economique, psychologique que social pour les principaux acteurs. Les restructurations et les reconversions endeclinant les plans sociaux et les suppressions d'emplois font passer le spectre du chomage et de l'exclusion pour l'ensemble des salaries durant la periode d'attente des decisions definitives, tandis que la separation provoque chez le salarie partant un choc psychologique comparable a celuis provoque par un deuil.
