Abstract

Toujours importantes en raison de leurs enjeux, les questions de cout et de financement de l'enseignement superieur suscitent, en effet, des preoccupations croissantes qui tendent a les projeter sous les feux de la rampe. Si tous les problemes ne sont pas a proprement parler entierement nouveaux, l'ampleur des contraintes, les defis auxquels doivent faire face les systemes d'enseignement superieur suggerent que ces problemes peuvent avoir change de nature.
