Abstract

Depuis les annees 1993-1994 en Afrique de l'Ouest, la hausse des prix des cereales et l'explosion des prix du betail et des viandes s'inscrivent dans une tendance regionale, malgre une ampleur et des rythmes differents. On peut desormais se demander si un nouveau palier est atteint dans le rapport des prix agricoles, ou si le choc constate sera compense par un reequilibre entre les prix.
