Abstract

Dans cet article, nous passons en revue les previsions successives realisees par la societe d'Etat quebecoise de 1980 a 1995 et nous comparons sa performance avec celle de ses consoeurs canadiennes, Hydro Ontario et B.C.Hydro, ainsi que celle d'organismes americains comme New England Power Pool et New York Power Pool.
